How We Do It
Our Process
- Initial Engagement: We start with a conversation lasting up to an hour to understand your requirements.
- Scope of Work: Following the initial discussion, we create a high-level Scope of Work document for your approval. This document outlines the project details and helps determine the necessary time frame for completion.
- Agreement and Planning: Upon approval, a Purchase Order and contract are agreed and we move forward to delivery planning.

How To Do It Yourself
As well as regularly producing regular LinkedIn Posts/Articles and presenting at workshops in an around the UK, we build training courses which can be performed in person or remotely which can last for one day, they are often tailored to your specific business data or tooling needs so your company gets the most out of them. Examples include:
- AI (LLM) Training: Using ChatGPT or other LLMs we can go through the functionality, how you can use it in your business, approaches to creating cost effective prompts, how to restrict and monitor costs, how to use it to automate processes and how to use multiple LLM Agents to create a virtual team to maximise the output quality where required.
- Analyst Training: Using Microsoft Excel or Power BI to perform data analysis and reporting, we will collate data from multiple sources, build out time intelligence, build a data model, build Measures in the DAX language and investigate trends and derive insights by drilling into the data. This includes hints, tips and tricks to upskill and increase capability.
- Database Training: Using Microsoft SQL Server or a database of your liking, we will talk about data best practices, create a high-level model of the data available, build the tables in a database and prepare it so it performs quickly. This also includes hints, tips and tricks to upskill and increase capability.
How Much It Costs
Generally data analysis or reporting work is quoted in number of days to complete, which would run consectively but not always depending on your needs.
Training costs are dependent on location and number of people being trained but we find we can generally work to a company’s budgets.
